We operate a "Facebook page" to draw attention to our services and service offerings and to interact with our customers as well as visitors to the Facebook page (hereinafter referred to as "users").
When using our Facebook page, personal data is processed. In the following, you will be informed about the type and scope of data processing for which we are responsible under data protection law in this context.
We as the responsible party for this page have entered into agreements with Facebook, which, among other things, regulate the conditions for the use of the Facebook page.
What is your data processed for when you visit our Facebook page and on what legal basis?

For the processing of personal data for the creation of these usage statistics, Facebook and we are joint controllers pursuant to Art. 26 of the GDPR.
If you contact us via the Facebook page, e.g. by commenting on a post or writing us a message via Facebook Messenger, we process your data (e.g. your name and the content of the communication) in order to deal with your request.
If necessary, we also process your data to enforce legal claims and defend ourselves in legal disputes and prevent and investigate criminal offences.
The processing is based on a balance of interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, which always takes your interests into account.
How long will my data be stored?
We do not store any personal data about your use of the Facebook page ourselves.
Information that you publish on our Facebook page (e.g. comments) or send via Facebook Messenger is stored by Facebook based on your usage relationship and can be removed there by you.
Who receives your data?
If we communicate with you via our Facebook page, it transmits the personal data required for this purpose to Facebook.
Apart from this, we only pass on your personal data to third parties if you have consented to this, if there is a legal basis for this or if this is necessary to enforce our rights, in particular, to enforce or defend claims.
Is your data transferred to a third country or international organization?

Processing of usage data under the joint responsibility of LinkedIn and SeedForward GmbH
When you visit our LinkedIn page, LinkedIn also uses certain usage data (e.g., whether you have "liked" or commented on certain amounts of ours) to provide us with aggregate usage statistics (so-called "page insights"). Usage statistics do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the behaviour of individual users, but merely give us an overview of the use of our LinkedIn page (e.g. which posts were clicked on particularly frequently).
